For this project, TTC served as the General Contractor (GC) for Borton on their residential apartment development consisting of 16 standalone complexes, 588 units, and 800+ parking spaces. Work included stripping existing material, grading the site, installing utilities, and prepping the site for pavement of roadways, parking lot(s), and pedestrian areas at the intersection of E Lincoln Ave & Alphabet Ln, Sunnyside WA.

For this project, TTC will serve as the General Contractor for Borton on their residential development consisting of 55 single family lots. Work will consist of stripping existing materials, grading the site, installing utilities, and prepping the site for the paving of roadways, parking lot(s), and pedestrian areas at Zillah Lakes, Zillah WA.
