Project Overview: Site Development for a Residential Apartment Complex
For this project, TTC served as the General Contractor (GC) for Borton on their residential apartment development consisting of 16 standalone complexes, 588 units, and 800+ parking spaces. Work included stripping existing material, grading the site, installing utilities, and prepping the site for pavement of roadways, parking lot(s), and pedestrian areas at the intersection of E Lincoln Ave & Alphabet Ln, Sunnyside WA.
