For this project, TTC served as the General Contractor (GC) for Steel Structures of America on their 380 unit storage facility. Work included stripping existing materials, grading the site, installing the utilities, and prepping the pads, roadways, parking lot(s), and pedestrian areas for paving at the intersection of W Nob Hill Blvd & S 76th Ave, Yakima WA.
